Submitting items

We would now prefer all items to be submitted electronically.  Text should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document, or a text file in .rtf (Rich Text Format).

Printed music submissions should be in the form of a Sibelius document or a graphics file such as a .jpg, .tif or .EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) file.  If you do not have access to a computer, please submit items on A4 paper, with the author’s/composer’s name and contact details on each page.  For music submissions please also include the name of the tune and the first line of the text to which the tune is set.

Please DO NOT format hymn texts – simply send as a left-justified file.
Booklets or anthologies: we do not separate these into individual items. You may find it better to submit items separately as above.

All items are kept on file for 5 years. Material is considered at our thrice-yearly editorial meetings. Please do not submit items more than once.

Please do not submit CDs or sound files.

All material submitted is accepted on the basis that it may be printed in Worship Live without fee and that other subscribers may copy it locally.
